My first time using this florist. I am out of state and wanted to send flowers to someone in a local nursing facility. There was a hiccup in the delivery, however they went above and beyond to redeliver the arrangement. I can not thank them enough for ensuring the beautiful flower arrangement did indeed reach the intended recipient. My heart was happy, and so was my dear friend when she received the flowers.
